  Aaron Fraser, DO

  Medical Director & Owner

  Meet Dr. Aaron Fraser. Dr. Fraser is Medical Director and co-owner of Flying Horse Medical Center and Aesthetics. Dr. Fraser received his B.A. from Albion College where he majored in Chemistry and Biology, then he continued on to earn his medical degree from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. It was an honor for him to serve in the US Air Force at the Air Force Academy, where he then went on to serve in Afghanistan. Dr. Fraser is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and building relationships with each patient and family. He lives in Monument, CO, with his wife, Dr. Erin Fry, and their two children. Dr. Fry practices as a Psychiatrist at Colorado College and at Flying Horse Medical Center. Dr. Fraser loves the outdoors, soccer and spending time with his friends and family.

  Dave Haight

  MD, CAQ

  Dr. Dave Haight is a Concierge Physician and Sports Medicine specialist at Flying Horse Medical Center. He began his career at the United States Military Academy in 1994 and attended Wake Forest University for Medical School. He served in Special Operations for 12 years in various units throughout his career, retiring out of Special Operations Command – Central in July 2020. He chose to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship in 2008 in order to better care for our military “tactical athletes”. After his Fellowship, he was selected as the physician for the Army World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) and came to Colorado Springs for the first time. While with the WCAP, he completed a US Olympic Training Center Internship and was selected by the US Olympic Committee to serve as a physician at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and 2016 Rio Summer Olympics. Dr. Haight is excited to be back in Colorado Springs and is eager to provide top notch Primary Care Sports Medicine services to the community. He is specialized in ultrasound-guided joint injections for osteoarthritis and chronic tendinopathies. He loves hiking, fly fishing, skiing, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.

  George Juetersonke, DO

  Family Medicine

  “For the secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient” Francis W. Peabody to Harvard medical students George Juetersonke, D.O. (Dr. “J”) is a native of Illinois. He studied medicine at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Board-certified in Family Practice, Dr. J has been actively treating his patients for over 40 years. George Juetersonke DO practices in Colorado Springs. Dr. J also has a distinguished academic career outside his clinical practice. For five years he served on the full-time medical faculty of The University of North Texas Health Science Center where he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine. He currently holds a faculty appointment as Associate Clinical Professor, Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker Colorado. Medical students and residents are frequently invited to Dr. J’s busy Colorado clinic, where he shares his experience in the clinical aspects of preventive medicine. For several years Dr. Juetersonke was also on the faculty of Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine as an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. J is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, El Paso County Medical Society, Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Medical Foundation. Dr. J resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Sandra, who also works in the practice as a registered nurse.   Meet Lorri Halenkamp, I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, graduating from Oregon Health Science University with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I joined the Navy in 1991 and served as an Active Duty Navy Nurse for 4 years and in the Navy Reserves for 18 years, retiring in 2013 at the rank of Commander. My specialties include Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, and School Nursing but primarily Labor and Delivery. I became a dual Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1999 after obtaining my Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah. I have worked primarily outpatient Family Practice and OB/GYN in various Navy Hospitals and Clinics around the world. I joined the FHMC team in 2016 and have worked fervently to learn and perfect my art and skill as an Aesthetic Master Injector, while continuing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. My extensive experience in the different fields of medicine partnered with my passion for women’s health and aesthetics affords me the opportunity to continue to serve, giving the highest quality of care people deserve. I have been Married for over 25 years to a Retired Navy Captain Physician and we have 4 children. We are so Blessed to make Colorado Springs our forever home.

  Brooke Miranda, RN

  Chief Nurse | Monument Office Manager

  Brooke is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Chief Nurse. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in May 2012. She began practicing as a registered nurse here in Colorado Springs at Memorial Health System, where she worked on the Acute Care Renal/Medical Unit caring for patients with various kidney diseases undergoing dialysis, as well as caring for patients with numerous other medical problems in the Acute Care setting. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible, camping with family and friends, and snowboarding during those cold snowy months! Besides being our Chief Nurse, Brooke is also our office manager at our Monument Location, and also helps oversee our plastic surgery services that are performed in office. Brooke is excited to work with Dr. Fraser and the rest of the wonderful Flying Horse Medical Center team and bring quality healthcare to the community.

  Regan Fackler

  FNP, Family Medicine, Aesthetics

  Regan is a new team member to the Flying Horse Medical Center. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2015. Regan recently completed her Master’s program as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati and she received training for injectables (neurotoxins and fillers) from the DermAesthetic Consulting and National Medspa Training Institute. Regan has practiced as a nurse for the last 7 years with experience in kidney/liver transplants, gastroenterology, and Employee Health services. She is a Colorado Native and has been married to her high school sweet heart for 5 years. They have two adorable golden doodles and enjoy camping, hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Regan is excited to join the Flying Horse Medical team and provide Aesthetic services to the community!

  Kaili Whiteaker

  Originally from Wyoming, I moved to Colorado Springs in 2018 to expand my career and embrace new opportunities. With eight years of dedicated service in nursing, including six years at a prestigious level one trauma center, I have cultivated a deep understanding of emergency and family care. Graduating from nursing school from the University of Wyoming in 2015 laid the groundwork for my professional journey, which recently reached a milestone with a graduate nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in 2022, specializing as a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. My initial experience as a Nurse Practitioner immersed me in the dynamic fields of family medicine and pain management. However, my current passions lie in family medicine, hormones, and aesthetics, alongside a commitment to integrating functional medicine whenever possible. I firmly believe in placing the patient at the center of their care journey, ensuring engagement and empowerment throughout. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am happily married and share my life with an Australian Shepherd and my husband. I find joy in the simple pleasures of country music, exploring diverse cuisines through cooking, and satisfying my wanderlust through travel. Staying active through fitness is also an essential part of my lifestyle, reflecting my dedication to holistic health and wellness. I am very excited to be a part of the Flying Horse team!

  Millicent Odunze Geers, MD, MPH

  Plastic Surgeon

  As a highly-trained and renowned Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Millicent Odunze Geers, offers a wide variety of Plastic Surgery services including Liposuction, Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation, Breast Augmentation with Implants, Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Tummy Tucks, Mommy Makeover Surgery, Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery), and much more. Dr. Geers’ education and surgical skills speak for themselves. Her scholarly journey began at Harvard University, where she earned her undergraduate degree with honors, and continued to Duke University, where she completed her medical degree. During medical school, she also earned a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Geers completed her 7-year Plastic Surgery residency at Northwestern University, one of the premier plastic surgery training programs in the country.   Catharine Olson graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Biology. She then became a certified Medical Technologist and worked at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She later became an Air Force wife and mother to three beautiful daughters. She joined the Flying Horse Medical Center team in 2017 as a Registered Medical Assistant. She enjoys skiing and the great Colorado outdoors. Here at Flying Horse Medical Center, Catharine is also our office manager at our Northgate location. She prides herself on offering the best services to the Colorado Springs community through, Aesthetics, Concierge Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Psychiatry, Women’s Health, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement. Our passion is helping our patients to Embrace their Reflection! We pride ourselves on achieving a natural look that helps return the youthful beauty you deserve when you look in the mirror.   Meet Ashlie Clark. You will be able to meet Ashlie at the reception desk when visiting our Northgate location in Colorado Springs. Ashlie joined the Flying Horse Medical Center team in February of 2021. While originally from California, Ashlie has has lived in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado for about 16 years. Here, she was able to study Medical Administrative Assisting at PIMA Medical Institute, while graduating with Honors in 2019. She loves dogs, the beach, and in her free time, she can be found enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors while spending time with her friends and family.

  Mickie Weinberg

  Licensed Aesthetician

  Mickie has been in the beauty and wellness industry for 20 years. She is a bi-licensed specialist in medical aesthetics and massage. Graduating from Florida College of Natural Heath in 2003 and National Personal Training Institute in 2011, she has worked with Advanced Dermatology, world renowned Steiner International, to being lead aesthetician at Eforea Spa at Hilton Orlando. She has also trained with leading body and aesthetic companies for the past two decades to keep her up to date with the latest services and innovative skincare products. She is experienced in dermaplaning, medical grade chemical peels, hyperpigmentation disorder treatments, laser hair removal, and pre/post-operative skin care. Mickie is passionate about skincare with an emphasis on anti-aging, providing education and services to her clients. Whether her clients are interested in noninvasive anti-aging treatments or ingredient knowledge for topicals, she is here to help them reach their skin care goals. With her dedication and knowledge, Mickie’s objective is to build strong bonds with new and existing clients through communication, education, and her caring personality. She is currently treating patients at our Central location.

  Sherri Ziegler is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Plastic Surgery Nurse. She spent 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Medical Technician and Emergency Medical Technician. Sherri’s career took her all over the United States and to several overseas locations. These opportunities helped prepare her for a future as a registered nurse. After she retired from the Air Force, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington and began working in Colorado Springs. During this time, she worked in Dermatology as a Mohs Surgery Nurse, assisting the Surgeon with the surgical removal of different types of skin cancers. She is married with 3 boys, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, and boating. And when she is not outside enjoying the mountains or the water, she loves to cuddle up and binge watch her favorite TV shows. She is excited to be part of the Flying Horse Team and looks forward to assisting Dr. Geers with enhancing our communities’ lives.

  Erin Fry, is a board-certified Psychiatrist from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. She graduated from the Psychiatry Residency Department at Michigan State University in 2008. She has worked at the Counseling Center at Michigan State University, the Counseling Center at Colorado College, and the Veterans Affairs Department in Colorado Springs. She has a special interest in young adult psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and has previously worked with military veterans. She enjoys walking, being outdoors with her two dogs, and spending time with her family. Her husband is a Family Medicine practitioner, also at Flying Horse Medical Center.

  Megan Ara is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She began her career in emergency and trauma nursing, spanning across Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota, and North Dakota, where she discovered her passion for mental health. Driven by her 20 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to empowering individuals on their mental health journey, Megan went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She believes in the uniqueness of each person’s path to wellness and takes a holistic approach mental health, guided by empathy, warmth, and a genuine desire to meet clients exactly where they are. As a military spouse of 15 years, Megan understands the unique challenges faced by military families, from navigating complex healthcare systems to frequent relocations. This experience has shaped her compassionate, client- focused approach. She is committed to supporting the mental wellness of individuals across the lifespan, from youth to older adults, by tailoring care to meet the needs of every stage of life. Outside of her work, Megan finds joy in traveling, camping, skiing, and spending time in nature with her family. She also enjoys gardening, nurturing both her surroundings and her own sense of balance and well-being.

When she is not in the office, Emily can be found training for her next adventure or snuggling her favorite mini schnauzer.

  Whitney is a 20 year Physician Assistant and co-owner of Flying Horse Medical Center. Whitney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. She then headed to Saint Louis University for her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Medicine, graduating in 2003. Whitney moved to beautiful Colorado in 2007, where she and her husband had three awesome children, in addition to, two very active Goldendoodles. Their family has recently relocated to North Carolina, but Whitney stays engaged in the business of Flying Horse Medical Center and her staff. In addition to being a busy mom and wife, Whitney lives an active life of running, hiking, and reading. Whitney has loved being a part of the Flying Horse Medical Center team.

  Alyta is a Chicago native who recently moved back to Colorado. She graduated from the University of Denver where she played D1 volleyball and earned a BA in Psychology in 2008. Alyta has a background working in customer service and human resources. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking for friends and family, and cheering on the CC Tigers, where her husband is a hockey coach.

  Meet Marshall Swartzendruber. As Flying Horse Medical Center’s business and marketing manager Marshall brings with him 17 years of sales and marketing excellence from many different industries and verticals including over a decade with Fortune 10 corporations Hewlett-Packard and IBM. He attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA where he studied Accounting and Computer Science. He resides in Monument, CO with his wife of 16 years and their two children. He currently serves as the President of the Palmer Divide Soccer Club and when he isn’t coaching a youth team he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, hiking, and fly-fishing.
