  Robert Wilhite

  Managing Partner

  Robert Wilhite is proud to have been born and raised in the great state of Texas. Two of Rob’s favorite hobbies are participating in Ironman Triathlons and traveling the world. They say “Everything is bigger in Texas,” and as an attorney, Rob brings that same Texas-sized dedication to his practice and passion for his clients! A Texas native, Rob founded The Wilhite Law Firm with the mission of bringing justice to those whose lives have been forever changed in terrible accidents. Throughout his career, he has worked to hold negligent people, corporations, and insurance companies accountable when innocent people are harmed. His results include: - A $9.5 million recovery for a client who was harmed by a defective product - A $2.5 million recovery for a client who was struck by an inattentive driver as she was crossing the street on foot - A $1.9 million recovery for a client who was seriously hurt by a faulty warehouse door Rob is a seasoned litigator who has extensive experience in cases involving wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and defective products. He has handled cases all around the country in numerous jurisdictions for his clients. He has tried many cases in state and federal courts and has earned the distinction of being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine since 2012. Rob attended Highland Park High School and participated in football, baseball, and lacrosse. He knew as a teenager that he wanted to become a lawyer. After graduating in 1996, he enrolled at the University of Colorado at Boulder and became active in outdoor sports while pursuing his degree. He took up backpacking and hiking, and he and his brother Nathan spent summers together on various trips trekking through Greenland and Pakistan! After receiving his B.A. in political science in 2000, he moved to Alabama, where he worked at an outdoors clothing and equipment store, teaching kids to rock climb and traveling around the South to climb and hike. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa School of Law and eventually made the move back to Colorado to join The Sawaya Law Firm in 2005. Rob is proud to serve as the Managing Partner and is excited to expand the firm to the Lone Star State to open The Wilhite Law Firm! Outside his law practice, Rob continues to stay active and enjoy the great outdoors. His participation in triathlon events began in 2010, when he completed the Boise 70.3 Ironman competition, and he has not let up. Rob has competed in over 25 full-distance Ironman competitions since then, including in Hawaii, Norway, Africa, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. However, when he is not training, he is chasing his young daughter and dog all around the house!   Lane Addison

  Attorney

  Lane Addison is a Texas native who has always enjoyed helping his friends and neighbors. At The Wilhite Law Firm, Lane is able to combine his passion for helping others with his experience as a litigator, fighting for people who have seen their lives turned upside down by terrible accidents. He understands the incredible strain accident victims face as they struggle to recover not just medically, but emotionally and financially. “My clients deserve a voice. Unfortunately, it’s easy to feel overpowered by big insurance companies and corporations. As a personal injury lawyer, I can step in and level the playing field for them,” he says. “I help take the stress off my clients, so they can focus on their recovery while I handle everything else.” Lane was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1996 and attended Baylor University, where he played on the football team. He graduated in 2000 with a major in Finance and minor in International Business. After graduating from Baylor, Lane worked in the reinsurance business in Dallas. In 2004, he returned to school to become a lawyer. He graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in 2007. For more than a decade, Lane has primarily focused on litigation. He has a well-rounded legal background, having represented clients in areas of employment law, real estate law, criminal law, complex business litigation, and personal injury. At The Wilhite Law Firm, Lane brings his extensive trial experience and unique insights into the insurance industry to every case he handles. Outside the office, Lane enjoys spending time with family and friends. You can also catch him cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks. Lane has tried over 20 cases that have won over a million dollars in judgments.   Ana Silva De Leon

  Senior Paralegal

  Ana Silva is an experienced litigation paralegal that is more than happy to help with legal search and data management. She enjoys massive production projects and their organization. Ana is certified to assist multiple attorneys specializing in Torts, Product Liability, and Personal Injury. She has over ten years of hands-on experience in all stages of the legal process, including trial preparation. Ana is knowledgeable about various complex court filings at the probate, county, district, and federal levels and is passionate about helping clients get the aid they deserve! One of her favorite and most proud aspects of doing her job is being able to help Spanish-speaking clients in their language! Raised in Texas, And love brisket tacos on Friday’s at Mico’s and in her spare time with family or taking Tucky (her dog) through trails to explore.   Bradley Londer

  Intake Consultant

  Bradley (Brad) Londer is the Client Service Director and has been with The Wilhite Law Firm for 13 years! Brad most enjoys meeting new clients and assisting them as they get on the road to recovery. Brad feels like The Wilhite Law Firm is a second family and he feels lucky to work side-by -side with Rob Wilhite and the firm’s remarkable team each day! Brad grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and with his sites on a chance to get to a city that has a lot more green trees and snow. Denver has always been special to Brad because his parents were born and raised here and many of his family members call it home. So in 1999 Brad made the move to Denver after graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Communications degree specializing in Investigations and Photography! And now, Brad is thrilled to be serving the great state of Texas! Brad is married to his amazing wife, Suzanne, and they have a daughter named, Natalia. Through his work at The Wilhite Law Firm Brad has passed the same values the firm believes in to his daughter, Natalia. Brad also has a dog named, Pax, and a cat named, Max. One of their families favorite things to do is get their house decorated for Halloween every year! Brad is proud to be a member of The Wilhite Law Firm and looks forward to being able to help clients whenever he can!

  Gil Garcia

  Gilberto “Gil” Garcia is a bilingual Colorado native of Mexican decent, born in Grand Junction, Colorado raised in Fruita and Montrose. Over the years Gil has gained experience in the workforce and studied at Colorado Mesa University of Grand Junction and at Metro State University here in downtown Denver. He has a diverse understanding of the workforce from the kitchen, outdoor labor, banking, laboratory, office management and administration, mechanic, drug and alcohol testing, sales, retail, rideshare and even entertainment when pursuing acting for a short time in his life! Gil is thrilled to be able to bring all of his life skills to the clients he serves in Texas and is honored to have the opportunity to do so! In his downtime, Gil likes to be involved in his community; spending time with his family and friends, hiking, exercising, singing/karaoke, tarot, music, basketball, traveling, supporting the LGBTQ community, and meeting new people from different walks of life. As a Consultant, he greatly enjoys the opportunity to help potential clients in any way possible as well as the opportunity to grow in both experience and knowledge.

  Laura Moreno-Ortiz

  Laura was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but is excited to have the opportunity to serve injured Texans. Her parents immigrated from Chihuahua, Mexico, and because of that, she is fluent in Spanish! Laura graduated high school in 2014 and moved around a bit to Massachusetts and Arizona gaining valuable life experiences. Laura enjoys spending time with her dogs, Honey and Smokey, her cat, Yumi, and lizard, Victorio; they keep her household full of adventure! In her spare time, you can find Laura doing acrylic paintings and practicing her interior design skills! Laura’s favorite part about being an Intake Specialist and Legal Consultant is being able to assist clients while also learning about our justice system!
