Maggie knew she wanted to teach Pilates from the time she was 10 years old and was dancing 6 days a week at the Kansas City Ballet school. Pilates was apart of her conditioning classes and she instantly fell in love with how it made her feel throughout the day, not to mention the body awareness and focus that it required. She became a STOTT Pilates comprehensively certified instructor in 2010 while she was completing her BFA in Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has been teaching ever since. She holds certifications through TRX, Pilates Suspension Method, ‘Booty Barre’ and specializes in training high-level athletes and former athletes. Her upbeat and supportive attitude combined with her disciplined and attentive teaching style will get you hooked on her classes. Maggie has been a Lead Instructor and been apart of opening studios for Club Pilates in Chicago and Colorado since 2017.
Kari has experienced back pain her whole life. Diagnosed at an early age with scoliosis, she learned to “work through the pain” to keep active. Her love for running and triathlons came when she moved to Colorado 10 years ago. She finished multiple marathons and half marathons as well as multiple triathlons, with the longest triathlon being a Half Ironman in 2013. One morning while doing laundry she heard a “pop” in her lower back and was not able to pick herself up off the floor. After many doctor appointments and scans, she was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and told she needed spinal fusion surgery. Being afraid of what limitations that surgery would bring, she wanted a different option. At the advice of her physical therapist, she started Pilates three days a week. She quickly built up her core strength and learned to initiate movement from her center instead of using her back. Not only is she now pain-free, she has more mobility than ever before. She is a firm believer in “Change happens through movement and movement heals.” -Joseph Pilates. Although she will always have scoliosis and spondylolisthesis, she is loving life pain-free. Wanting others to be able to experience and learn from her transfomation, she decided to become certified in Pilates in 2015. Her passion is sharing the healing powers of Pilates and teaching others how to regain movement and build fitness at the same time.

Dani fell in love with Pilates in 2004, after the birth of her second child. She found that Pilates strengthened not only her body, but also gave her a mental strength that she had never known. Growing up her passions included gymnastics, dancing, and cheerleading, but she never felt that she challenged herself physically and mentally until later in life. Dani developed a passion for human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science while attending school in Boulder, at the University of Colorado. She graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology, which naturally led her to a career in healing through movement. Dani is certified in Pilates through PhysicalMind Institute as well as The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). She is also a certified level II Franklin Method Educator, which uses imagery to teach people how to move with maximum efficiency and dynamic alignment. Dani currently owns a successful, private Pilates studio in Monument, CO and has been teaching there for over 11 years. She is continually inspired by her clients as they are transformed through Pilates, gaining physical and mental strength that allows them to overcome challenges that previously seemed unattainable. She advocates mindfulness, positive self talk, and encouragement in her teaching as well as in her own life. Dani has become an avid mountain runner, completing several mountain marathons, a task that seemed impossible to her for most of her life. After placing in the Masters division for the last 2 years in the Triple Crown of Running, which includes the Pikes Peak Ascent, Dani placed 4th in Masters in the Pikes Peak Marathon in 2017. She truly believes that with the strength, flexibility, and discipline that has come from her Pilates practice, coupled with positive mindfulness, the sky’s the limit. Dani lives in Palmer Lake with her husband, Nate, and their two awesome children, Isabel and Isaac. Dani and her husband hope to pass along their passion for life, to their children, by spending time together in the outdoors hiking, backpacking, camping, and skiing.

Candi was a junior Olympian gymnast and has always had a passion for sports and fitness. As a teen, she was diagnosed with scoliosis but it wasn't until her adult years that she struggled with severe pain and sought various forms of treatment, with no relief. In 2016 she became a Pilates Reformer certified instructor with Swiss Pilates Institute and opened her own studio shortly after.
