  Jeniffer Griffin

  I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English in Colorado, in the year 2007, the first person in my immediate family to have obtained a degree. I had always excelled in reading and writing and the concepts of English. I could write a strong 10-page essay and read a book at lightning speed, but was never sure of what area or career path I wanted to use those skills in and it was a bit lost and unfocused on a career that would bring me joy. However, after getting married two years later to my husband who had already tapped into Real Estate in Colorado and Investment properties in and around Colorado Springs at the time, I began to develop an interest in Real Estate myself and was able to learn a lot about buying, investing and managing Real Estate through our own properties. I really enjoyed Property Managing our Real Estate. Together we continued to build a portfolio of investments properties over the course of the past 10 years going from 2 properties owned to the 28 that we currently own. Getting the opportunity and all of the substantial experience that I have gained in owning and managing my properties, I am proud to say realized that I have found joy in Real Estate. I want to provide a Superior experience for not only my own tenants, but also wanted to help people purchase Real Estate while keeping the commission fees they paid, low. So, I went out and obtained a Colorado Real Estate License here in the early half of 2017.

  The year of 2003 is when my journey into Real Estate began. I purchased my first home that year. While my career had just started off in Restaurant Management, I always had my eye on Real Estate. My goal one day was to obtain a license and one-day dive into all the areas that Real Estate has to offer. I had struggled throughout my life with dyslexia, and often wondered what career path I would choose and how that disability would affect my achievements. I started to realize that Real Estate allowed me to use my other strengths, such as math and working numbers, and I gained confidence. I knew that Real Estate would ultimately make me happy. My Restaurant management job is where I obtained the financing to begin building a Portfolio of Investment property. My goal was to help people interested in renting by providing affordable prices. I slowly began purchasing different types of Real Estate from single family homes to condos, townhomes and even 4 plexes. BY 2007 I had obtained 9 rental properties that I managed myself. When I got married in 2009 my wife and I really focused on providing a superior property management experience for our tenants in our properties that I had obtained up to that point. I believe we succeeded in providing a great experience for tenants while managing the stresses of property ownership, and have carried that success on to this day. We had a total of 15 properties by 2012, and to date own a total of 28.
