Robert B. Keyser II is the founder and Managing Member of with Robert B. Keyser II, LLC, where he focuses his practice on providing clients with expert and innovative guidance in areas of estate planning (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney), tax planning, business planning and transactions, estate and trust administration. His special expertise is in the area of estate planning and transfer taxation. Mr. Keyser earned his B.S. – Accounting degree from the University of Colorado in 1990, his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1995, and his LL.M. for the University of Denver College of Law in 1999. Mr. Keyser has been admitted to practice in Colorado since 2005 and in Texas since 2015. He is currently a member of the El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Probate Section of the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association. Mr. Keyser has practiced law since 1995 and during that time has established himself as one of the finest lawyers in the Rocky Mountain region. Since 2005, he has been an honorary professor at the University of Colorado–Colorado Springs where he teaches accounting and business law to undergraduate and graduate students. He has made numerous lecture appearances throughout the state to lawyers, accountants, and the general public. Believing that it is important to give back to the community, Mr. Keyser, along with Robert B. Keyser II, LLC, continues to support and sponsor charitable, civic, and religious organizations in the Pikes Peak region and beyond.
Haley Vreeland grew up in a military family and moved all over the world until her family got stationed in Colorado Springs in 2002 and fell in love with Colorado. Haley has worked as Robert Keyser’s paralegal since 2006. In 2010, she received her ABA approved Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak Community College. In Haley’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, painting, and traveling.
