Their vision to own a Goddard School started with the experience of their 2 older children attending Goddard schools. The Goddard school has established itself as a premier institution nationwide with strong emphasis on providing a safe and nurturing environment for learning. Since taking the ownership of the School in 2019, Kumud has passionately worked with parents and staff by taking their feedback on increasing capabilities and resources for the school so everyone is getting the support they need. Kumud has her Masters in Business Administration from Boston University. She has worked in the corporate world of Finance for over 15 years and is currently taking Early Childhood Education courses to continually learn and feed her passion in this field.
Natreece serves as the Executive Director of the school and brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including more than a decade in director-level leadership roles. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to building strong, collaborative partnerships with both families and educators. Natreece is passionate about creating enriched, developmentally appropriate learning environments where every child can thrive. She places a strong emphasis on high-quality early learning while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being for every child in her care. Under her guidance, the center continues to be a nurturing, engaging, and secure environment for young learners. Natreece is known for her strong rapport with children, families, and staff, as well as her comprehensive understanding of school operations. Her clear vision, integrity, and trustworthiness ensure that families feel confident their children are safe and supported.
Sherry joined our school in 2025 as Assistant Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, along with a warm, collaborative leadership style. Sherry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, providing a strong foundation in both educational theory and practical leadership. She previously served as an Assistant Director at the Child Development Centers (CDC), where her primary focus was staff development, leadership, and team management. In this role, Sherry trained and mentored new team members, supported ongoing coaching efforts, oversaw daily operations, and helped foster a positive, professional workplace culture. She also proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that strengthened her organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to teamwork.
llie has been a valued member of The Goddard School team since 2022. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, having begun her college education at the age of 16. Allie has also completed multiple Early Childhood Education courses, including the Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) Training and Pyramid Plus Training. Originally from Texas, Allie relocated to Colorado Springs and brings a deep passion for early childhood education. While her role as Early Childhood Teacher is her first formal position in the field, she has gained valuable insight and experience through family involvement in education and by observing her mother’s work as a school director. Since joining The Goddard School, Allie has worked with infants, preschoolers, and most recently, Pre-K students, developing a strong understanding of child development and classroom management. Mr. Geoffrey joined The Goddard School in 2023 as the Pre-K B teacher. He brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, having taught both preschool and elementary school since 2013. In addition, he has worked closely with children with special needs in their homes and has served as a long-term nanny, giving him a broad understanding of child development and individualized learning. Mr. Geoffrey is also a children’s book author and illustrator, and he incorporates his creativity into engaging, hands-on learning experiences for his students. He is passionate about nurturing a love of learning, helping children develop the skills and confidence needed for kindergarten readiness. A true nurturer at heart, Mr. Geoffrey enjoys drawing, writing, Legos, modern board games and hiking. Jasmine joined our school in 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She brings valuable experience working with children with autism, having previously served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an autism clinic setting. Jasmine holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications and currently works in the Infant Classroom. She is also pursuing her Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) certification to further enhance her professional skills. Jasmine has a genuine passion for working with infants and finds great joy in supporting them as they reach important developmental milestones. Jody is an Infant and Toddler Support Teacher with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate degree in Medical Specialties, Infant Supervisor qualified and is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Jody has completed Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) training as well as Pyramid Plus Training, bringing a strong foundation in infant and toddler development and social-emotional support. Jody began her career working in preschool before advancing into an Infant Supervisor role. In her current position, she supports both the Infant and Toddler classrooms, providing consistent support and assistance as they step into their roles. Her deep understanding of infant and toddler schedules, routines, and classroom expectations makes her an invaluable resource to the teaching team. She serves as both a Classroom Support Teacher and Kitchen Backup, providing reliable, flexible, and knowledgeable support wherever it is needed. Luise has a deep passion for working with young children, embracing their curiosity and open minds. Lydia joined the early childhood education field in 2023 and is an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualified. She is currently working toward her Associate’s degree in college and brings a passion for creativity and learning to her classroom. Inspired by her mother, Lydia enjoys painting, coloring, and exploring creative ways to engage her students. She also loves reading and cherishes her cat, Trixie, which is very dear to her heart. Madelyn has been a valued member of our school community since 2024 and brings four years of early childhood experience to her role as Head Teacher in the 2.5-year-old classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Saginaw Valley State University and believes that the best way for children to learn is through fun, engaging experiences. She is dedicated to preparing her young learners for preschool by teaching essential life skills, such as potty training, putting on their own shoes, and zipping their jackets. Michelle is an Infant/Toddler Supervisor who has been a valued member of The Goddard School since 2021. She holds an Child Development Associate credential with a specialization in Infants and Toddlers and maintains state certifications in Expanding Quality Infant Toddler Training and Pyramid Plus Training. Michelle brings over 20 years of experience as an Infant and Toddler educator. Her educational philosophy emphasizes treating all children with respect while providing a nurturing, loving, and caring environment where they can learn and grow. In her free time, Michelle enjoys shopping and traveling, and she values spending time with her family, including her three sons and grandchildren.
Mickaela is an Infant/Toddler Supervisor who has been a valued member of The Goddard School since 2022. Olivia joined our school in 2023 and currently teaches Pre-Kindergarten. She currently holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications. She began her career as a Preschool teacher and brings over two and a half years of early childhood experience to her classroom. She is a nurturing and loving educator who combines playfulness with intentional teaching, encouraging young learners to explore, ask questions, and develop a curiosity about the world around them. Rachael has been a part of The Goddard School since 2021. She has been working with Toddlers for over 17 years. She has been a part of The Goddard school since 2018. Her son used to attend The Goddard School since he was a toddler but he has since then graduated into K-12! She believes each child has a unique way of learning and teachers should teach based on that philosophy. In her spare time she likes hiking, taking walks with her son, and being outdoors.
Rohini serves in a Quality Assurance and Leadership Support role at our school and has been a valued member of the Goddard family since 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and has been working with children since 2018.
