What Makes Me Passionate About Wellbeing: From the time I could ride a bike, I was gone. It was flying and freedom and movement all in one and I have never tired of it. My Yoga experience began with an accidental meeting with a Yogini and became a five-year internship with her. Daily practice consisted of Asana, Pranayama, chanting of the Sutras, reading of the sacred texts, meditation, Sanskrit study, and hard labor.

Tyrell attended Pacific University where he earned his DPT. He and his wife and children moved to Colorado Springs in 2022 and have been loving the outdoor activities that can be found in the city. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, disc golf, mountaint biking, hiking, rock climbing, white water rafting, and more! Tyrell is a multidisciplinary master having a diverse backgruond that led him to his passion of helping people move their very best. Tyrell is passionate about wellbeing and physical activity. He is currently working toward getting his OCS to continue to help people to the very best of his abilities. Tyrell also loves candy and all things sweet, and if he had his choice, he would open his own candy store. Tyrell has one dog that he loves very much that he wishes could come in to work every day with him.
Colorado Native, returned home after an extended period away across the globe! She returned in 2022 after graduating her PTA program to come be with her family. She was inspired to be a PTA after her kiddos got older and was able to dedicate herself to the study. Treva enjoyes kayaking, hiking, camping, gardening, cooking, dancing, and reading. She has a passion for helping people heal and enjoy their happiest life. She loves and appreciates gymnastics as a former professional coach for more than seven years. This helps her see the value of not only fitness, but of moment as a benchmark for a quality of life. Her favorite place that she has ever traveled were her trips back home for the sentimental value of her family and the sights and smells of the mountains. She says the solitude of the mountains is where she finds peace and joy.

Anxiety was already at epidemic proportions when Covid hit and spiked depressive anxiety further, seeing surges from 50 to 300% in depressive anxiety disorders. Even before Covid, sufferers of anxiety were 5 times more likely to experience medical issues including hospitalization (Anxiety & Depression Association of America; ADAA).
And yet anxiety is highly treatable with therapy and mindfulness (ADAA).
